In standard operating mode, the unit transmits location and status based on a user-defined reporting configuration. When the user enters the appropriate key sequence they are able to transmit location messages. The supervisor can track the movement via reporting software in real time. The unit can be “pinged” to determine its location. And, every device can easily be reconfigured over the air in a flash as reporting requirements change.

Iszon easily integrates with virtually all existing logistical management and monitoring applications to enable a robust GPS and communication solution.

Personal concierge device

In addition to tracking field personnel, the Iszon™ can easily be configured into a security device for individuals and VIPs.

A user simply presses one of Iszons four pre-set buttons to instantly request police, emergency medical assistance, report a problem or place a phone call, using the GSM wireless network.

When an emergency notification button is depressed, the unit sends both text messages to designated cell phones and email notices to designated email addresses. The unit also has the capability of voice - either through a combination of key presses, or when the panic button is activated.
