Jeffrey Cohen is chief executive officer of NovaTracker, a global provider of GPS and wireless solutions.

Cohen is responsible for providing corporate vision, strategic direction, financial controls, as well as overseeing product development, manufacturing priorities and strategic sales.

Cohen joined the company in November, 2006, after a year at Columbus Nova, LLC; a private equity firm that currently owns NovaTracker. At Columbus Nova, he focused on the company's venture division from financial, operational and strategic perspectives.

Prior to joining Columbus Nova, Cohen worked for six years at Eureka Networks (formerly eLink Communications), a national infrastructure-based telecommunications company. At Eureka, he opened the New York office, spearheaded sales and marketing and helped grow company sales to over $95M.

Cohen earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2005 and a BA from Duke University in English, History and Markets and Management.

Dr. Bernard Hall
Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Hall began his Silicon Valley career as a research scientist developing high precision semi-conductor analytical instruments.

Joining Oryx Technology Corporation, he became Director of Engineering and later VP of Engineering at Oryx Instruments Corporation. He was responsible for the development of numerous test instruments that are currently being utilized by most of the major semi-conductor and hard disk manufactures. In addition to technology development his responsibilities broadened to include all aspects of technology and business management.

He performed his BSc. (Hons), MSc and PhD work at the University of Manitoba and the Weizman Institute of Science.

David G. Zahka
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Zahka is responsible for the overall financial activities at NovaTracker, including accounting, finance and control. In addition, he is a key member of the senior management team contributing to setting the strategic direction of the company including mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Zahka joined NovaTracker in December 2007 after spending five years as Chief Financial Officer of Talk America, a Nasdaq listed provider of telecommunications services with revenues of $450 million. Prior to his position at Talk America, Mr. Zahka spent 15 years in investment banking at PaineWebber including corporate finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Zahka earned his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia and his BA from Colgate University.
